Born in Dublin, Ireland, Karen began her real estate career more than 10 years ago, managing a large portfolio of properties for a private foreign investor. One of the properties, for which she acted as a listing agent was a beautifully restored, authentic Moorish castle in the south of Spain.

Before moving into the real estate business, Karen studied in the United Kingdom, where she earned a bachelors degree (Hons) in French and Spanish and minored in international relations.

From the time she spent traveling the world and living in Ireland, Andorra, England, France, Spain and South Africa, her passion for learning about differing cultures and backgrounds grew exponentially.

Karen is known for her effective communication skills and meticulous attention to detail that ensures a smooth sales process for all parties involved. She takes pride in providing an exceptional level of customer service which is enhanced by her ongoing commitment to continued education. Well-versed in all aspects of the business, from finance and contracts to internet marketing, she has also earned the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resources (SFR) certification, the Transnational Referral certification (TRC) and the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Certification.

In addition to her full-time profession , Karen is actively involved in her Business Networking International (BNI) chapter, the British & American Business Council of Orange County (BABCOC) is a member of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI)

When time allows she enjoys skiing, cycling, swimming, tennis, spanish classical guitar and of course traveling the globe!
